The Charities for that Rugby Helps Our Heroes Helps

Heroes come in all shapes and sizes.

Since the pandemic, and lockdown, lots of people have been, and are still being, affected, in lots of ways.

Now, more than ever, we are coming together to recognise issues that affect us all, and supporting each other in any way we can.

Sadly, the increase in demand for the services that many charities provide, follows a time when their usual fundraising events weren't able to take place because of lockdown restrictions.

Even though the restrictions have lifted, many small charities are still feeling the effect, and are struggling financially, at the very time that they are needed the most.

With this in mind, we have changed the way that the Rugby Helps Our Heroes fundraising calendar and film projects support charities.

We have asked each player, or team, taking part in the calendar and film projects to nominate a charity that they would like to support. 

All the profits from the sale of each calendar and film project will be divided equally between the nominated charities.

This way we are able to support more charities and the amazing work that they do.

We recognise the valuable, hard work of the staff and volunteers of charities, large and small, up and down the country, and want it known that you are ALL heroes.

Thank you for being there during our time of need.

The Rugby Helps Our Heroes calendar projects 2010-2018 are official, registered fundraising projects for the charity Help for Heroes.  (Unique event id: GEN01753616)

All profits from the sale of the 2010-2018 calendars go directly to Help for Heroes

All profits from the sale of the 2022 and 2023 calendars and films will go directly to the charities nominated by the contributors

The calendar is only made possible by the generous participation of the players and clubs
